Privacy Policy
The short version: the Magnio app does not collect, sell, share, or use personal data for tracking. It has no account system, advertising, analytics SDK, or developer-operated server.

Scope and provider
Magnio is provided by Beyondend Dev. This policy explains how the Magnio iPhone app and its public support pages handle information.
Data collection
Magnio does not collect, sell, share, or use personal data for tracking. The app requires no account and does not send your performance, settings, sensor readings, or musical activity to Beyondend Dev.
Motion data
Magnio reads the iPhone's motion sensors to turn movement into notes, pitch bend, gain, and expression. Motion samples are processed live on the device. They are not stored or transmitted to the developer.
Microphone
Microphone access is requested only when you choose Vibe. A short audio buffer is analyzed on the device to estimate a musical scale. Magnio does not save, upload, or share that audio.
Bluetooth and MIDI
Bluetooth is used only when you choose BLE MIDI. Musical MIDI messages can be sent to an app or device you select through Local, USB, or BLE MIDI. These messages are not sent to Magnio or the developer.
Settings stored on your device
Your hand preference, calibration, musical settings, and patterns are stored locally on the device. Magnio does not synchronize them to a developer account or server. Removing the app may remove local settings.
Purchases
Magnio is free and contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The app embeds no payment or store framework, so no payment or transaction data can reach Magnio or the developer.
Diagnostics
Magnio does not include a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Apple may process App Store and device diagnostic information under Apple's policies and your device settings.
Website and support email
These Magnio pages do not set cookies and do not include analytics, advertising, or contact forms. The web host may process standard request logs for delivery and security.
If you email support, Beyondend Dev receives the email address and message content you choose to provide and uses them only to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for support.
Your explicit EN/TR choice is stored in your browser only to remember the website language. No location lookup is used; English is the default.
Children
Magnio does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any other user.
Changes
If Magnio's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before the changed version is released. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision.
