Terms of Use
Magnio is licensed through the App Store under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement . These explanatory terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it.
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement

Agreement
Magnio is provided by Beyondend Dev. By downloading or using Magnio, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with mandatory law or the Standard EULA, the applicable mandatory terms control.
License and intended use
Magnio is licensed, not sold, for personal musical and creative use under the Standard EULA. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits it.
Performances and recordings
You may use Magnio's audio and MIDI output in your own performances and recordings. Your original performances and recordings remain yours, subject to any rights in third-party sounds, software, or music you choose to use with Magnio.
Safe use
Hold the iPhone securely while playing. Do not use Magnio while driving or in any situation where device movement can distract you or endanger people or property. Protect your hearing and use a safe playback volume.
External devices and services
Local, USB, and BLE MIDI depend on the receiving app, operating system, hardware, radio conditions, and configuration. Compatibility and latency can vary. Magnio does not guarantee operation with every third-party app or device.
No purchases
Magnio is free in full. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paywalls, and it asks for no payment at any point. Every musical feature is available from first launch.
Intellectual property
Magnio, its software, visual assets, sound design, branding, and documentation remain the property of Beyondend Dev and its licensors, if any. No ownership right is transferred to you beyond the license granted under the Standard EULA.
Availability and warranty
Magnio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Beyondend Dev does not promise uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular professional, safety-critical, or commercial purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
Features or these terms may change in future releases. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after an update is subject to the terms then in effect and any mandatory rights that apply.
